Grilled Chicken Tacos with Mango Salsa Recipe

Ingredients
For the Chicken:

For the Mango Salsa:

8 small corn or flour tortillas, warmed

Instructions

Marinate the chicken: In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, lime juice, garlic, and spices. Add chicken and toss to coat. Let sit for at least 20 minutes (or up to 4 hours in the fridge).

Make the mango salsa: Combine all salsa ingredients in a small bowl. Chill until ready to serve.

Preheat grill to medium-high (around 400°F). Grill chicken for 5–6 minutes per side, or until cooked through. Rest 5 minutes, then slice.
