Greek Yogurt Milkshake Recipe

I started adding Greek yogurt to smoothies years ago for the protein boost, but it wasn’t until I blended it with frozen banana and vanilla that it took on this milkshake-like texture. Now, this is my secret for when I want something that feels indulgent but keeps me full and energized.

Ice cubes (optional, for thickness)
-
Dash of cinnamon (optional)
Instructions:
-
Add all ingredients to a blender.
-
Blend until smooth, thick, and creamy.
-
Taste and adjust sweetness as needed.
-
Serve immediately in chilled glasses. Sprinkle with cinnamon if desired.
