Oat Milk Milkshake Recipe

Oat milk quickly became my favorite non-dairy milk because of how naturally creamy it is. One afternoon, I blended it with a frozen banana and a splash of vanilla — and the result tasted just like a milkshake! Now it’s one of my go-to ways to satisfy a craving without reaching for anything processed.
Ingredients:
-
1 frozen banana
-
1 ½ cups unsweetened oat milk
-
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
-
1 tablespoon almond butter (optional for richness)
-
1–2 teaspoons maple syrup (optional)
-
Pinch of cinnamon or sea salt (optional)
-
Ice cubes (optional, for thickness)
Instructions:
-
Add all ingredients to a blender.
-
Blend until smooth and creamy.
-
Adjust sweetness and consistency if needed.
-
Serve immediately in a chilled glass. Top with a sprinkle of cinnamon if you like.
