Almond Butter Milkshake Recipe

This recipe was born during one of those “I need something sweet but filling” afternoons. I tossed a few basics into the blender — almond butter, banana, almond milk — and it turned out so creamy and comforting, I now make it on repeat. It’s the perfect mix of indulgent and nourishing. 

 

Ingredients:

  • 1 frozen banana

  • 2 tablespoons almond butter

  • 1 ½ cups unsweetened almond milk

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup or honey (optional)

  • Ice cubes (optional, for thickness)

  • Pinch of cinnamon or sea salt (optional, enhances flavor)

Instructions:

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender.

  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.

  3. Adjust sweetness or thickness to your liking.

  4. Pour into glasses and serve immediately. Sprinkle with cinnamon if desired.
