Almond Butter Milkshake Recipe

This recipe was born during one of those “I need something sweet but filling” afternoons. I tossed a few basics into the blender — almond butter, banana, almond milk — and it turned out so creamy and comforting, I now make it on repeat. It’s the perfect mix of indulgent and nourishing.
Ingredients:

2 tablespoons almond butter

1 ½ cups unsweetened almond milk

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 teaspoon maple syrup or honey (optional)

Ice cubes (optional, for thickness)

Pinch of cinnamon or sea salt (optional, enhances flavor)
Instructions:

Add all ingredients to a blender.
