Coconut Cream Milkshake Recipe

When I’m craving something rich and luxurious but still want to keep it healthy, this coconut cream milkshake always hits the spot. I made it on a whim one night with canned coconut milk and frozen banana, and now it’s a favorite treat that feels like vacation in a glass.
Ingredients:

1 frozen banana

½ cup full-fat canned coconut milk

1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or more coconut milk for extra richness)

1–2 teaspoons maple syrup or honey (optional)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Ice cubes (optional, for thicker texture)

Unsweetened shredded coconut for garnish (optional)
Instructions:

Add banana, coconut milk, almond milk, vanilla, and sweetener (if using) to a blender.

Blend until completely smooth and creamy.

Add ice and blend again if a thicker texture is desired.

Pour into glasses and top with a sprinkle of shredded coconut if you like.
