Dairy-Free Strawberry Milkshake Recipe

Back when I was first trying to cut dairy, I missed those creamy, diner-style milkshakes. After a few flops, I landed on this version — and it’s everything I hoped for. It tastes like dessert, but it’s made with real strawberries, plant milk, and zero guilt. My daughter even calls it “pink milk magic.”
Ingredients:
-
2 cups frozen strawberries
-
1 frozen banana (for natural creaminess)
-
1 ½ cups unsweetened almond milk (or coconut milk for a richer flavor)
-
1 tablespoon maple syrup or honey (optional)
-
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
-
Ice cubes (optional, for thickness)
Instructions:
-
Add all ingredients to a blender.
-
Blend until smooth and creamy.
-
Taste and adjust sweetness as needed.
-
Pour into glasses and serve immediately. Garnish with a fresh strawberry if you like.
