Peach Lime Cooler Recipe

When the peaches start showing up at the farmer’s market, I know it’s time for this cooler. I used to blend up sugary drinks in the summer, but they always left me feeling heavy and tired. This simple peach lime combo is now my go-to—it’s light, zippy, and just sweet enough to feel like a treat. It’s one of those drinks you crave on a hot day, and it’s as pretty as it is refreshing.
Ingredients:
-
1 ripe peach, peeled and sliced (or 1/2 cup frozen peaches)
-
Juice of 1/2 lime
-
1 cup cold water (still or sparkling)
-
1–2 teaspoons maple syrup or honey (optional, to taste)
-
4–5 fresh mint leaves
-
Ice cubes
-
Optional garnish: peach slice, lime wedge, mint sprig
Instructions:
-
In a blender, blend the peach slices with lime juice, mint, and maple syrup until smooth.
-
Pour into a glass over ice.
-
Add cold water (still or sparkling) and stir to combine.
-
Garnish with a lime wedge or peach slice.
-
Enjoy chilled and refreshed!
Tips & Substitutions:

No fresh peach? Frozen works just as well—just blend and strain if needed.
-
Add a splash of coconut water for a natural electrolyte boost.
-
Want it fizzy? Use sparkling water for a mocktail vibe.
