Smoky BBQ Brisket Recipe

My first brisket attempt felt intimidating… until I learned the secret: low and slow. Once I got the hang of it, I couldn’t believe how easy it was to make real BBQ at home — no pitmaster skills required. Now it's our favorite for family cookouts. The smoky smell alone brings everyone to the table.
