Minty Grapefruit Refresher Recipe

This one was born out of my love for anything citrusy and calming. I had half a grapefruit and a few sprigs of mint left over from the weekend, and instead of tossing them, I tried this. It’s now one of my favorite ways to start the day or beat the afternoon slump. It’s clean, fresh, and that grapefruit-mint combo is pure magic.
Ingredients:

Juice of 1 pink grapefruit

1–2 tsp honey or maple syrup (to taste)

5–6 fresh mint leaves

1½ cups cold sparkling water or still water

Ice cubes
-
Garnish: grapefruit wedge, mint sprig
Instructions:

Muddle mint with grapefruit juice and sweetener in a glass or small pitcher.

Add ice and top with sparkling or still water.

Stir gently and garnish with mint and citrus.

Serve chilled and enjoy the refreshing boost!
