Frozen Berry Blitz Recipe

This drink is my go-to when the heat is up and I want something fruity, cold, and fast. It’s thick like a slushy, packed with antioxidants, and tastes like summer in a glass. No added syrups, no complicated prep — just frozen berries, citrus, and a little something fizzy on top if you're feeling it.
Whether you're making it for the kids, using it as a mocktail base, or blending up a batch for girls’ night on the patio, this Frozen Berry Blitz always hits the spot.

Sarah’s Tips

Use whatever frozen berries you have — strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, blackberries… anything works.

Want it smoother? Strain through a fine mesh sieve before serving.
-
Freeze any leftovers in popsicle molds for the kids (or for yourself).
