There’s something about layering yogurt, fruit, and a little crunch that makes snack time feel fancy — even if I’m eating it standing at the kitchen counter! This Blueberry Parfait has been one of my go-to “sweet treat” swaps for years. It’s quick, packed with protein, and feels like dessert, but it fuels me through the afternoon. My kids love it with granola, and I love that it only takes 5 minutes to throw together.

 

Blueberry Parfait Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)

  • 1 cup fresh or thawed frozen blueberries

  • 1–2 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional, to taste)

  • 1/4 cup granola (gluten-free if needed)

  • Optional: lemon zest or chia seeds for topping

 

Instructions:

  1. Sweeten the Yogurt
    In a bowl, mix yogurt with honey or maple syrup if using.

  2. Layer It Up
    In two glasses or jars, layer yogurt, blueberries, and granola. Repeat layers until glasses are full.

  3. Garnish & Serve
    Top with extra blueberries, lemon zest, or chia seeds. Enjoy immediately for crunch or let sit for 10 minutes if you prefer it softer.
