10-Minute S'mores Ice Cream Sandwiches Recipe

I came up with these S’mores Ice Cream Sandwiches on a summer night when we ran out of marshmallows for a firepit session. I grabbed graham crackers, a tub of vanilla ice cream, and a jar of fudge sauce and suddenly had a frozen treat that no one could stop talking about. They taste like summer campfires, but without the mess or heat. Now we keep a stash in the freezer all summer long!
S'mores Ice Cream Sandwiches Recipe
Ingredients:

12 graham cracker squares

6 large scoops of vanilla or chocolate ice cream

6 tbsp marshmallow fluff or mini marshmallows

6 tbsp chocolate sauce or hot fudge

Optional: crushed chocolate chips, graham crumbs, or sprinkles for the edges
Instructions:

Assemble the Layers
Spread 1 tablespoon of marshmallow fluff on one side of a graham cracker. Add a scoop of ice cream, drizzle with 1 tablespoon of chocolate sauce, and top with another graham cracker to sandwich. -
Freeze to Set
Place sandwiches on a baking sheet and freeze for at least 1 hour to firm up. -
Optional Decorate
Roll the edges in crushed chocolate chips or graham crumbs for extra fun (and crunch!). -
Serve & Enjoy
