Tropical Coconut Milkshake Recipe

There was a time when I’d reach for a sugar-loaded iced coffee or soda during my afternoon slump — thinking it would help. Instead, I crashed harder later. But this tropical coconut milkshake? It changed everything. It’s creamy, satisfying, and naturally sweet — and best of all, I can whip it up in 5 minutes without any guilt. My kids love it too!
Ingredients:
-
1 cup coconut milk (chilled — full fat for creaminess)
-
1 frozen banana
-
½ cup frozen pineapple chunks
-
½ cup frozen mango chunks
-
1 tbsp shredded coconut (optional, for texture)
-
1 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional, to taste)
-
½ tsp vanilla extract
-
Ice cubes (optional, for thicker texture)
Instructions:
-
Add coconut milk, frozen banana, pineapple, mango, and vanilla to a blender.
-
Blend until smooth and creamy.
-
Taste and adjust sweetness with honey or maple syrup, if desired.
-
Add ice and blend again if you prefer a thicker texture.
-
Pour into glasses and sprinkle with shredded coconut on top.
-
Serve immediately and imagine you're sipping this on a beach somewhere!
