Tropical Coconut Milkshake Recipe

2 servings 5 minutes coconut milk dairy-free healthy drinks summer recipes tropical flavors

There was a time when I’d reach for a sugar-loaded iced coffee or soda during my afternoon slump — thinking it would help. Instead, I crashed harder later. But this tropical coconut milkshake? It changed everything. It’s creamy, satisfying, and naturally sweet — and best of all, I can whip it up in 5 minutes without any guilt. My kids love it too!

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup coconut milk (chilled — full fat for creaminess)

  • 1 frozen banana

  • ½ cup frozen pineapple chunks

  • ½ cup frozen mango chunks

  • 1 tbsp shredded coconut (optional, for texture)

  • 1 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional, to taste)

  • ½ tsp vanilla extract

  • Ice cubes (optional, for thicker texture)

Instructions:

  1. Add coconut milk, frozen banana, pineapple, mango, and vanilla to a blender.

  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.

  3. Taste and adjust sweetness with honey or maple syrup, if desired.

  4. Add ice and blend again if you prefer a thicker texture.

  5. Pour into glasses and sprinkle with shredded coconut on top.

  6. Serve immediately and imagine you're sipping this on a beach somewhere!
