Grilled Brie with Cranberries Recipe

This one started as a happy accident at a small backyard gathering. I had a wheel of brie and a jar of cranberry sauce… and not much else. I wrapped the brie, popped it on the grill, and watched it slowly melt into this soft, creamy center with the cranberry bubbling over like jam. When I opened it up and saw everyone dipping crackers and smiling? That’s when I knew. It’s now my go-to for easy but elegant entertaining — warm, sweet, and absolutely irresistible.
Ingredients
-
1 small wheel of brie (about 8 oz)
-
¼ cup cranberry sauce (whole berry works best)
-
1 teaspoon chopped fresh rosemary (optional)
-
Crackers, crostini, or apple slices for serving
-
Olive oil or nonstick spray for grill surface
Instructions
-
Preheat your grill to medium heat.
-
Lightly oil a small sheet of foil or a grill-safe baking pan.
-
Place the brie on the foil and spoon cranberry sauce over the top. Sprinkle rosemary if using.
-
Grill over indirect heat with the lid closed for 8–10 minutes, or until the brie is soft and melty.
-
Carefully transfer to a serving plate and serve warm with crackers, crostini, or fruit.
