Triple Berry Milkshake Recipe

This milkshake is summer in a glass — bright, fruity, and the prettiest shade of pink.
It started as a fun way to use up a bag of frozen berries — and now it’s one of our favorite warm-weather treats. Strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries blended up with vanilla ice cream and milk… it’s creamy, cool, and just the right mix of sweet and tangy.
I love making this for after-school snacks or movie nights on the patio. It’s quick, crowd-pleasing, and surprisingly beautiful with just a few ingredients.
Ingredients
-
1 cup frozen mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
-
1 cup vanilla ice cream or frozen yogurt
-
3/4 cup milk of choice (dairy or non-dairy)
-
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
-
Optional: drizzle of honey or maple syrup for added sweetness
-
Whipped cream + fresh berries for topping (optional)
Instructions
-
Blend it all:
Add frozen berries, ice cream, milk, and vanilla to a blender. Blend until smooth and creamy. -
Serve:
Pour into glasses and top with whipped cream and extra berries if you like. Enjoy right away!
Sarah’s Tips
-
Use frozen berries for best texture — they make it thick and frosty.
-
Want to make it a little healthier? Swap ice cream for Greek yogurt or banana.
-
Add a handful of spinach or chia seeds for a sneaky nutrition boost (the kids won’t notice!).
