Summer Sunset Fizz Recipe

I came up with this on one of those golden, slow summer evenings — the kind where the sky looks painted. I wanted a drink to match the mood: light, fruity, and a little bit fancy. With some orange, cranberry, and sparkling water, this “sunset in a glass” was born. It’s now a warm-weather favorite in our house, especially for front porch happy hours (kid-friendly, of course!).
Ingredients:
-
½ cup orange juice
-
¼ cup cranberry juice (100% juice preferred)
-
1½ cups cold sparkling water
-
1 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
-
Ice cubes
-
Garnish: orange slice, mint, or a few berries
Instructions:
-
Fill a glass with ice.
-
Pour in orange juice and cranberry juice, then stir in sweetener if using.
-
Top with sparkling water and stir gently.
-
Garnish with fruit or mint, and enjoy the fizz!
