Summer Fruit Salad with Mint Recipe

The first time I made this…

It was one of those hot, sticky afternoons when even turning on the stove felt like too much. I had a bunch of ripe fruit in the fridge and no real plan… until I remembered a simple fruit salad my mom used to make — just fresh fruit and a handful of chopped mint from the garden.

So I gave it a glow-up: a mix of watermelon, berries, citrus, and stone fruit, plus a splash of lime and a drizzle of honey. And ohhh my goodness — it was the perfect combo of juicy, tangy, cooling, and sweet.

This Summer Fruit Salad with Mint is now my go-to when I need a fast, nourishing side or a naturally sweet healthy summer dessert that everyone loves. ☀️🍉

💡 Sarah’s Tips

  • Make it tropical: Add mango, kiwi, or passion fruit!

  • Low sugar option: Skip the honey if your fruit is super ripe.

  • Meal prep magic: This is a great way to use up fruit before it goes soft.
