Summer Berry Splash Recipe

2 servings 5 minutes berry recipes easy drinks healthy refreshments kid-friendly sparkling drinks summer beverages

Every summer, I end up with more berries than we can eat — so I started blending them into drinks! This berry splash is one of my favorite ways to use them up. It’s hydrating, super refreshing, and so full of flavor. The kids love it, and I love that it feels like a treat without being loaded with sugar. Bonus: it’s gorgeous enough to serve at brunch or baby showers!

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup mixed berries (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries)

  • Juice of ½ orange

  • Juice of ½ lemon

  • 1–2 tsp honey or maple syrup (to taste)

  • 1½ cups cold water or sparkling water

  • Ice cubes

  • Garnish: fresh berries, citrus slices, mint (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Muddle the berries with orange juice, lemon juice, and honey in a glass or pitcher.

  2. Add ice and top with still or sparkling water.

  3. Stir gently and garnish with extra berries or citrus.

  4. Serve immediately while fresh and fizzy!
