Strawberry Dream Milkshake Recipe

This milkshake is pure childhood summer in a glass — creamy, frosty, and full of sweet strawberry flavor.
I first made it with the kids on a hot afternoon when we needed a treat but didn’t want to go anywhere (or turn on the oven). We used frozen strawberries, a little vanilla, and almond milk — and within minutes we had the most delicious, dreamy pink shake that tasted like something straight from an old-school diner.
Now it’s our go-to for sweet afternoons or dessert nights. It’s easy, made with real ingredients, and customizable depending on what you have.

Sarah’s Tips
-
No ice cream? Swap in frozen banana or Greek yogurt for a lighter version.
-
Add chia seeds or collagen powder for a little nutritional boost.
-
Make it dairy-free by using almond or oat milk and a non-dairy frozen dessert.
