Sparkling Peach Fizz Recipe

It all started one summer afternoon when I was hot, frazzled, and so over plain water. I had a peach that was about to go soft, and a half-empty bottle of sparkling water in the fridge. I tossed them in a glass with some mint and lime, gave it a stir — and wow. I instantly felt a little more refreshed… and honestly, a little more put together.
Now I make this Sparkling Peach Fizz whenever I want something light, fruity, and a little fancy — without reaching for soda or wine. It’s become my go-to clean mocktail when I just want to sip something pretty.
Ingredients
-
1 ripe peach, peeled and diced (or ½ cup frozen peach slices)
-
Juice of ½ lime
-
3–4 fresh mint leaves
-
½ cup cold water
-
1 cup plain sparkling water
-
½ cup ice
-
Optional: 1 tsp honey or a few drops of liquid stevia
Instructions
-
Blend the base
In a blender, combine the peach, lime juice, mint, and cold water. Blend until smooth. -
Strain (optional)
Pour through a fine mesh strainer if you want a smoother drink. Or skip it for a little fiber and texture. -
Build the fizz
Pour the peach mixture into glasses over ice. Top with sparkling water and stir gently. -
Taste and tweak
Add sweetener if needed, and garnish with peach slices or mint if you're feelin’ cute.
Sarah’s Tips
-
Frozen peaches work just as well — and they make it extra chilled!
-
No lime? Lemon works too.
-
Want a bigger batch? Double it and serve in a pitcher for easy summer entertaining.
-
For a mocktail version, add a splash of non-alcoholic white wine or kombucha.
