Sparkling Mint Lemonade Recipe

I used to think lemonade had to be syrupy sweet, but it always left me feeling more thirsty than refreshed. This version is a total game-changer. Fresh lemon, bubbly water, and a hit of mint it’s light, cooling, and exactly what I crave when the sun’s out and I need something that feels clean and bright. Plus, it’s so easy to make with ingredients I always have on hand!
Ingredients:

Juice of 1 large lemon

1 tsp honey or maple syrup (adjust to taste)

5–6 fresh mint leaves

1 cup sparkling water or club soda

Ice cubes

Lemon slice and mint sprig for garnish
Instructions:

Muddle the mint:
In a small bowl or shaker, muddle the mint leaves with lemon juice and honey to release the flavor. -
Build the drink:
Fill two glasses with ice. Pour the lemon-mint mixture over the ice and top with sparkling water. -
Stir & serve:
Stir gently, garnish with lemon and mint, and enjoy immediately!

Want to make a pitcher? Triple the recipe and muddle the mint in the bottom of the pitcher before pouring everything in.
