S’mores Milkshake Recipe

This shake takes me right back to summer nights around the firepit — sticky fingers, giggling kids, and toasted marshmallows everywhere. One rainy afternoon, we were craving s’mores but didn’t want to fire up the grill… so we turned it into a milkshake instead. It’s nostalgic, fun, and ridiculously delicious — like a campfire in a cup (minus the smoke!).
Ingredients:
-
2 scoops vanilla ice cream
-
2 tbsp chocolate syrup
-
2 tbsp crushed graham crackers (plus more for garnish)
-
¼ cup milk of choice
-
¼ cup mini marshmallows (plus a few toasted for topping)
-
Optional: whipped cream, extra graham cracker crumbs, and chocolate drizzle
Instructions:
-
Add ice cream, chocolate syrup, graham cracker crumbs, milk, and marshmallows to a blender.
-
Blend until smooth and creamy.
-
Pour into a glass and top with whipped cream, more graham crumbs, and a toasted marshmallow if you’re feeling fancy.
-
Sip and enjoy the gooey, chocolatey nostalgia.
