Refreshing Lavender Honey Iced Tea Recipe

There’s something about this tea that just makes me breathe a little deeper. I first made it during a chaotic summer afternoon when I needed a break but didn’t want caffeine or another sugary drink.
Just a handful of dried lavender, a squeeze of lemon, and a drizzle of honey — and suddenly, I felt calmer, lighter, and totally refreshed. It’s like a deep breath in a glass.
Now it’s my favorite afternoon sip when I want something pretty, simple, and soothing.

Sarah’s Tips:
-
No dried lavender? Try a lavender herbal tea bag instead.
-
Want a stronger flavor? Steep a little longer or use an extra tablespoon of lavender.
-
Great for guests: Serve in a clear pitcher with lemon slices and lavender — it looks gorgeous on a table!
