Raspberry Lime Refresher Recipe

5 minutes clean eating drinks easy recipes healthy summer dessert homemade drinks non-alcoholic refreshing summer drinks

Back when I first cut out sugary drinks, I missed the fizz and flavor of soda. One afternoon, I threw a handful of raspberries and lime into my water with ice and gave it a little mash. I added a splash of sparkling water and boom. It was refreshing, tangy, and honestly better than anything in a can. Now it’s a fridge staple during the summer!

Raspberry Lime Refresher

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup fresh raspberries

  • Juice of 1 lime

  • 1 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional)

  • 1 cup cold water

  • 1 cup sparkling water (chilled)

  • Ice

  • Lime slices or mint sprigs, for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Mash the Base: In a glass or pitcher, muddle raspberries, lime juice, and sweetener if using.

  2. Add Water: Stir in cold water and sparkling water.

  3. Serve Cold: Fill glasses with ice, pour over, and garnish with lime or mint.

Sarah’s Tips:

  • Make it ahead! Just mix the base and add bubbles before serving.

  • Use frozen raspberries for a chilled slush-style version.

  • Want it fancy? Serve in a sugar-rimmed glass with a raspberry skewer.
