Pineapple Whip Milkshake Recipe

This one takes me straight back to a beach vacation we took when the kids were little — I had a pineapple whip for the first time and instantly fell in love. I knew I had to recreate it at home but with a mom-hack twist. This version is just as dreamy but made with real fruit, no weird ingredients, and blends up in under 5 minutes. Now it’s our go-to “sunshine in a glass”!
Ingredients:
-
1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
-
½ cup vanilla frozen yogurt or ice cream
-
½ cup coconut milk (or any milk you prefer)
-
½ tsp vanilla extract
-
Optional: 1 tsp honey or agave (if you like it sweeter)
-
Whipped cream and pineapple wedge for topping (optional)
Instructions:
-
Add frozen pineapple, frozen yogurt, coconut milk, and vanilla to a blender.
-
Blend until completely smooth and creamy.
-
Taste and add sweetener if needed.
-
Serve in a chilled glass with whipped cream and a pineapple wedge on top.
