Peachy Keen Cooler Recipe

When peaches are in season, I go all in. But the real winner? This Peachy Keen Cooler. It’s become my go-to when I want something sweet without reaching for soda. It’s light, naturally fruity, and so refreshing it feels like summer in a glass — minus the sugar crash. The kids love it, and I love how easy it is to whip up!
Ingredients:
-
1 ripe peach, peeled and sliced
-
Juice of ½ lemon
-
1 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
-
5–6 fresh mint leaves
-
1 cup sparkling water or coconut water
-
Ice cubes
-
Peach slices + mint for garnish
Instructions:
-
Muddle the base:
In a shaker or small bowl, mash the peach slices, mint, lemon juice, and honey together until juicy. -
Strain or go rustic:
Optional — strain the mixture into glasses for a smoother drink, or keep the pulp for extra texture. -
Add ice & fizz:
Fill two glasses with ice, divide the peach mix, and top with sparkling water or coconut water. Stir gently. -
Garnish & serve:
Add extra peach slices and mint on top. Serve cold and enjoy immediately.
Sarah’s Tips:
-
For frozen peaches, thaw slightly before muddling.
-
Add a splash of ginger juice or brewed green tea for a little zing!
-
This makes a beautiful drink for brunch, baby showers, or just a relaxing afternoon on the porch.
