Peach Mint Iced Tea Recipe

I started making this tea during the summer my garden mint exploded. I had peaches on the counter and thought, “Why not?” One steep later, I was in love. It’s gently sweet, perfectly peachy, and the mint makes it feel extra fresh. Whether you’re hosting brunch or just need a break between errands, this is a tea that feels like a little escape.
Ingredients:

1 ripe peach, sliced (or ½ cup frozen)

2 cups water

2 black tea bags (or peach-flavored tea)

5–6 fresh mint leaves

1–2 tsp honey or maple syrup (to taste)

Ice cubes

Garnish: peach slices, mint sprig (optional)
Instructions:

Bring water to a boil, then add peach slices and tea bags.

Let steep for 5–7 minutes, then remove tea bags and stir in sweetener.

Add mint leaves and let cool to room temp.

Pour over ice and garnish with extra peach or mint.
