I started making this tea during the summer my garden mint exploded. I had peaches on the counter and thought, “Why not?” One steep later, I was in love. It’s gently sweet, perfectly peachy, and the mint makes it feel extra fresh. Whether you’re hosting brunch or just need a break between errands, this is a tea that feels like a little escape.

Ingredients:

  • 1 ripe peach, sliced (or ½ cup frozen)

  • 2 cups water

  • 2 black tea bags (or peach-flavored tea)

  • 5–6 fresh mint leaves

  • 1–2 tsp honey or maple syrup (to taste)

  • Ice cubes
