Peach Greek Yogurt Recipe

When peaches are in season, I’m putting them on everything — and this yogurt bowl is one of my favorites. It takes two minutes, tastes like a treat, and keeps me full for hours. My go-to when I need something fresh and energizing but barely want to think.

 

 

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt (or vanilla if preferred)

  • 1 ripe peach, diced

  • 1–2 tsp honey or maple syrup

  • 1 tbsp granola or chopped nuts

  • Dash of cinnamon (optional)

 

 

Instructions:

  1. Scoop yogurt into a bowl.

  2. Top with diced peaches, granola or nuts, and a drizzle of honey.

  3. Sprinkle with cinnamon if desired. Serve immediately.
