Mojito Lime Cooler Recipe

2 servings 5 minutes easy drinks lime recipes mojito mocktails non-alcoholic drinks refreshing beverages sparkling drinks

I used to love ordering mojitos when we went out for date night — something about that mint + lime combo is just so fresh. But once I started making this non-alcoholic version at home, it totally replaced the original. It’s crisp, fizzy, and light — the kind of drink that makes folding laundry or sitting on the porch feel just a little more fun.

Ingredients:

  • Juice of 1 lime

  • 1–2 tsp honey or agave (to taste)

  • 6–8 fresh mint leaves

  • 1½ cups sparkling water or club soda

  • Ice cubes

  • Lime slices and mint sprig for garnish

Instructions:

  1. In a glass, muddle the mint leaves with lime juice and sweetener until fragrant.

  2. Fill the glass with ice and top with sparkling water.

  3. Stir gently and garnish with lime and mint.

  4. Serve immediately for max fizz and flavor.
