Mojito Lime Cooler Recipe

I used to love ordering mojitos when we went out for date night — something about that mint + lime combo is just so fresh. But once I started making this non-alcoholic version at home, it totally replaced the original. It’s crisp, fizzy, and light — the kind of drink that makes folding laundry or sitting on the porch feel just a little more fun.
Ingredients:
-
Juice of 1 lime
-
1–2 tsp honey or agave (to taste)
-
6–8 fresh mint leaves
-
1½ cups sparkling water or club soda
-
Ice cubes
-
Lime slices and mint sprig for garnish
Instructions:
-
In a glass, muddle the mint leaves with lime juice and sweetener until fragrant.
-
Fill the glass with ice and top with sparkling water.
-
Stir gently and garnish with lime and mint.
-
Serve immediately for max fizz and flavor.
