Mocha Fudge Milkshake Recipe

This one’s for those afternoons when you need a little chocolate fix and a little coffee kick. I first made this during a work-from-home day — I was craving something sweet but also needed energy to power through laundry, dinner, and Zoom calls. One sip and I was hooked. It’s like a frozen mocha latte, but creamier, fudgier, and way more fun. Now it’s my favorite grown-up treat.
Ingredients:
-
1 scoop chocolate ice cream
-
1 scoop vanilla ice cream
-
½ cup chilled brewed coffee (or 1 shot of espresso + ¼ cup milk)
-
2 tbsp chocolate syrup or hot fudge
-
½ tsp vanilla extract
-
Whipped cream and chocolate drizzle for topping (optional)
Instructions:
-
Add both ice creams, coffee, chocolate syrup, and vanilla to a blender.
-
Blend until smooth and creamy.
-
Pour into a chilled glass and top with whipped cream and a drizzle of chocolate syrup.
-
Optional: Add a few coffee beans on top for flair!
