Minted Watermelon Wave Recipe

On those blazing hot afternoons, nothing beats watermelon — except maybe blended watermelon with mint and lime over ice. That’s how this recipe was born! I made it with leftover fruit from a BBQ, and now it’s one of my favorite ways to stay hydrated. It’s light, super fresh, and makes water feel like a treat. My kids even call it “watermelon slushie juice” — and they’re not wrong!
Ingredients:
-
2 cups seedless watermelon, cubed
-
Juice of ½ lime
-
4–5 fresh mint leaves
-
½–1 tsp honey or agave (optional, depending on sweetness of watermelon)
