Mango Passion Spritz Recipe

After years of grabbing sugary bottled drinks out of habit, I started making my own fruit spritzers — and this mango passion combo became a fast favorite. It’s bright, bubbly, and feels like a mini escape every time I sip it. I love that it tastes like a treat, but it’s made with clean, simple ingredients I always have on hand.
Ingredients:
-
½ cup mango (fresh or thawed from frozen)
-
¼ cup passionfruit pulp (fresh or from a jar, unsweetened if possible)
-
Juice of ½ lime
-
1 tsp honey or agave (optional, depending on fruit sweetness)
-
1 cup sparkling water
-
Ice cubes
-
Lime slice or mint for garnish
Instructions:
-
Blend the base:
In a blender, combine mango, passionfruit pulp, lime juice, and honey. Blend until smooth. -
Strain (optional):
Strain for a smoother drink, or leave it pulpy for that tropical texture. -
Serve & sparkle:
Fill two glasses with ice, divide the fruit mixture, and top with sparkling water. Stir gently. -
Garnish & enjoy:
Add a lime slice or mint sprig and enjoy immediately while fizzy and cold.
Sarah’s Tips:
-
Frozen mango works perfectly here — just thaw before blending.
-
Add chia seeds for a fun texture and fiber boost.
-
This makes a beautiful brunch or girls’ night drink — non-alcoholic but so fun.
