Lemon Blueberry Fizz Recipe

This little beauty came together during blueberry season, when we had way too many berries and not enough smoothie ideas left. I tossed a handful in with lemon juice and sparkling water, and wow — instant refreshment. It’s lightly sweet, tangy, and has that fun, fizzy sparkle. Perfect for warm days or anytime I want something special without much effort.

 

Ingredients:

  • ¼ cup fresh blueberries

  • Juice of 1 lemon

  • 1–2 tsp honey or maple syrup (to taste)

  • 1½ cups cold sparkling water

  • Ice cubes

  • Optional garnish: lemon slices, mint leaves, extra blueberries

 

Instructions:

  1. In a glass, muddle the blueberries with lemon juice and honey until juicy.

  2. Add ice and pour over the sparkling water.

  3. Stir gently, garnish, and enjoy immediately while bubbly!
