Icy Pineapple Refresher Recipe

I made this one hot afternoon when I needed something cold and tropical but didn’t want to make a smoothie or turn on the blender for long. Just frozen pineapple, water, lime, and a little sweetener — and wow, it hit the spot. Now it’s my go-to when I want to feel like I’m on vacation (even if I’m just folding laundry).
Ingredients:

1 cup frozen pineapple chunks

Juice of ½ lime

½ cup cold water or coconut water

1–2 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional)

Ice cubes (if needed, for extra thickness)

Garnish: pineapple wedge, mint sprig (optional)
Instructions:

Blend frozen pineapple, lime juice, water, and sweetener until smooth and icy.

Add extra ice if desired for a thicker texture.

Pour into a chilled glass and garnish with pineapple or mint.
