Iced Lavender Lemonade Recipe

10 minutes 2 servings calming beverages easy drinks floral drinks lavender recipes lemonade variations non-alcoholic summer refreshers

I first made this during a quiet afternoon when I just needed a break — something pretty, peaceful, and refreshing. I had some dried lavender from a gift set and lemons in the fridge… and that’s all it took. This lemonade is light, fragrant, and honestly feels like self-care in a glass. It’s now my favorite sip when I want to slow down and soak in a sunny moment.

Ingredients:

  • ½ tsp dried culinary lavender

  • ½ cup boiling water

  • Juice of 2 lemons

  • 1–2 tsp honey or maple syrup (to taste)

  • 1½ cups cold water or sparkling water

  • Ice cubes

  • Optional garnish: lemon slice, lavender sprig, or mint

Instructions:

  1. Steep lavender in ½ cup boiling water for 5 minutes, then strain.

  2. In a pitcher or glass, combine lemon juice, sweetener, and lavender tea.

  3. Add cold water and stir well.

  4. Pour over ice, garnish, and enjoy the floral calm.
