Homemade Cucumber Mint Spritzer Recipe

During one chaotic week of summer camps, grocery runs, and non-stop heat, I felt drained. I tossed cucumber slices and mint into sparkling water just to feel human again and wow. It instantly cooled me down and gave me that peaceful, spa-day feeling, even with dishes in the sink. Now I keep a pitcher of this in the fridge every summer. It’s my reset in a glass.
