The first time I made this…

1 fresh pineapple, peeled, cored & sliced into rings or spears

🔥 Preheat grill to medium-high. Lightly oil the grates.

🍍 Slice pineapple into ½-inch thick rings or spears. Pat dry with a towel to help them caramelize.
