Grapefruit Mint Fizz Recipe

I used to think grapefruit drinks were too bitter… until I added a little mint and honey. Game changer! This grapefruit mint fizz is now one of my favorite afternoon pick-me-ups when I want something refreshing, light, and pretty enough to serve guests. It tastes like something you’d get at a fancy café — but you can make it in under 5 minutes at home.
Ingredients:
-
Juice of 1 pink grapefruit
-
1–2 tsp honey or agave (to taste)
-
6–8 fresh mint leaves
-
1½ cups cold sparkling water
-
Ice cubes
-
Garnish: grapefruit wedge, mint sprig
Instructions:
-
Muddle mint leaves with grapefruit juice and honey in a glass or small pitcher.
-
Add ice, then pour in the sparkling water.
-
Stir gently and garnish with mint and a wedge of grapefruit.
-
Serve immediately while bubbly and cold!
