Grapefruit Mint Fizz Recipe

2 servings 5 minutes easy drinks grapefruit recipes kid-friendly low calorie mint drinks non-alcoholic sparkling beverages

I used to think grapefruit drinks were too bitter… until I added a little mint and honey. Game changer! This grapefruit mint fizz is now one of my favorite afternoon pick-me-ups when I want something refreshing, light, and pretty enough to serve guests. It tastes like something you’d get at a fancy café — but you can make it in under 5 minutes at home.

Ingredients:

  • Juice of 1 pink grapefruit

  • 1–2 tsp honey or agave (to taste)

  • 6–8 fresh mint leaves

  • 1½ cups cold sparkling water

  • Ice cubes

  • Garnish: grapefruit wedge, mint sprig

Instructions:

  1. Muddle mint leaves with grapefruit juice and honey in a glass or small pitcher.

  2. Add ice, then pour in the sparkling water.

  3. Stir gently and garnish with mint and a wedge of grapefruit.

  4. Serve immediately while bubbly and cold!
