Fruit Salad Cup Recipe

10 minutes gluten free healthy breakfast ideas healthy snacks kid friendly no bake summer recipes

I used to just toss fruit in a big bowl — but portioned in little cups? Game changer. These fruit salad cups are easy, adorable, and somehow make fruit more exciting (especially for kids). I serve them at BBQs, brunches, and just keep a few in the fridge for quick, refreshing snacks during summer.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup strawberries, hulled and chopped

  • 1 cup blueberries

  • 1 cup pineapple chunks

  • 1 cup grapes (halved if large)

  • 1 kiwi, peeled and sliced

  • Juice of 1/2 lime

  • 1 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional)

  • Fresh mint leaves, for garnish

Instructions:

  1. In a large bowl, gently toss together all the fruit.

  2. Drizzle with lime juice and honey if using. Mix to coat.

  3. Spoon into small cups or jars.

  4. Garnish with fresh mint leaves. Serve immediately or chill until ready to eat.
