Frozen Pineapple Punch Recipe

This one takes me straight to beachy vibes and flip-flop weather. I first made it on a whim with leftover pineapple from taco night, and now it’s a summer favorite. It’s fruity, frozen, and comes together in minutes — no need for fancy mixers. Just blend, pour, and pretend you're on vacation, even if you're sipping it in the backyard with laundry drying nearby!
Ingredients:
-
1½ cups frozen pineapple chunks
-
½ cup orange juice
-
½ cup coconut water or plain water
-
Juice of ½ lime
-
1–2 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
-
Ice cubes (optional, for thicker texture)
-
Garnish: pineapple wedge, mint sprig, or lime slice
Instructions:
-
Blend frozen pineapple, orange juice, coconut water, lime juice, and sweetener (if using) until smooth.
-
Add a few ice cubes if you want it extra thick and frosty.
-
Pour into a chilled glass and garnish.

Serve immediately and enjoy the frozen island vibes!
