Frozen Peach Iced Tea Recipe

When we moved into our house, we inherited a peach tree that exploded with fruit every July. I had baskets of them and no clue what to do until one blazing hot day, I tossed a few into the blender with leftover iced tea and some honey. One sip, and I was hooked. It was cold, sweet-but-not-too-sweet, and made me feel like I was on a porch swing in Georgia. Now it’s a summer tradition we look forward to every single year.

1 cup ice (more for thicker consistency)
-
1 tsp fresh lemon juice (optional, for brightness)
-
Peach slices or mint sprigs, for garnish
Instructions:
-
Brew & Chill: Brew your black tea and let it cool completely. Chill in the fridge for faster results.

Sarah’s Tips:
-
Want it extra slushy? Freeze the peach slices ahead of time.
-
Swap black tea for green tea or hibiscus for a twist.
