Frozen Kiwi Cooler Recipe

2 servings 5 minutes easy drinks frozen beverages kiwi recipes low calorie refreshing summer recipes slushy drinks

Kiwi always feels like such an underrated fruit, and I love using it in fun ways. I made this frozen cooler on a hot day when the kids wanted slushies — and let me tell you, this version totally won them over. It’s tart, icy, and naturally sweet. Plus, that bright green color? Instant good mood in a glass.

Ingredients:

  • 2 ripe kiwis, peeled and chopped

  • Juice of ½ lime

  • ½ cup ice cubes

  • ½ cup cold water or coconut water

  • 1–2 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional)

  • Garnish: kiwi slice, mint sprig (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Add kiwi, lime juice, ice, water, and sweetener to a blender.

  2. Blend until smooth and slushy.

  3. Pour into a glass and garnish with a kiwi slice or mint.

  4. Serve immediately while icy and fresh!
