Fresh Fruit Pizza with Cream Cheese

One of the first “fancy” desserts I ever made for a party was this Fresh Fruit Pizza. I was short on time, had random fruit in the fridge, and needed something fun. It turned out so beautiful, and people raved about it like I’d baked a masterpiece. It’s now a go-to in our house — especially during spring and summer. My kids love decorating it with me, and I love how it always looks like sunshine on a plate.
Fresh Fruit Pizza with Cream Cheese
Ingredients:
For the cookie crust:

1 roll refrigerated sugar cookie dough (or homemade, if preferred)
For the cream cheese frosting:

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1/3 cup powdered sugar

1 tsp vanilla extract

1/2 cup whipped topping or whipped cream
For the fruit topping:

1/2 cup sliced strawberries

1/2 cup blueberries

1/2 cup kiwi, peeled and sliced

1/2 cup mandarin orange segments

Optional: fresh mint, honey drizzle
Instructions:

Bake the Crust
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Roll out the cookie dough onto a greased 12-inch pizza pan or baking sheet, pressing evenly to form a circle. Bake for 12–14 minutes, or until lightly golden. Let cool completely. -
Make the Cream Cheese Frosting
In a bowl, beat softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Fold in whipped topping. -
Assemble the Pizza
Spread the cream cheese frosting evenly over the cooled cookie crust. -
Add the Fruit
Arrange fresh fruit in a circular pattern or any design you like! Be creative — kids love helping here. -
Chill & Serve
Chill for at least 30 minutes before slicing. Garnish with fresh mint or a light honey drizzle if desired.
