Dragonfruit Mint Cooler Recipe

Back when I was always grabbing sugary drinks just to stay awake, I had no idea how easy it was to make something this beautiful and healthy at home. This dragonfruit cooler feels like a tropical treat, but it’s clean, hydrating, and totally energizing — my go-to on hot days or when I need something special that’s still guilt-free.
Ingredients:
-
1 cup pink dragonfruit (fresh or frozen & thawed)
-
½ lime, juiced
-
4–6 fresh mint leaves
-
1 tsp honey or agave (optional, depending on sweetness)
-
1 cup cold coconut water or sparkling water
-
Ice cubes
-
Extra mint and lime slices for garnish
Instructions:
-
Blend the base:
In a blender, combine dragonfruit, lime juice, mint leaves, and honey. Blend until smooth. -
Strain or not:
Optional – strain the mixture if you prefer a smoother texture. -
Pour & fizz:
Fill glasses with ice, divide the blended mixture, then top with coconut water or sparkling water. -
Garnish & serve:
Add extra mint leaves and a lime slice. Serve immediately and enjoy the tropical vibes!
Sarah’s Tips:
-
Frozen dragonfruit works beautifully here — just thaw slightly before blending.
-
Coconut water adds electrolytes, but sparkling water gives it a fun fizz!
