Cottage Cheese Bowl Recipe

For years, I thought cottage cheese was boring… until I started building bowls like this. It’s now one of my go-to summer breakfasts — fast, fresh, and totally customizable. I love how it keeps me full without weighing me down. And when I need something sweet? A little fruit and honey totally satisfies.
Ingredients:

1 cup cottage cheese (low-fat or full-fat)

1/2 cup fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, or raspberries)

1/4 banana, sliced

1 tbsp chopped almonds or walnuts

1 tbsp chia seeds or flaxseeds (optional)

1 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional)

Dash of cinnamon (optional)
Instructions:

Spoon cottage cheese into a bowl.

Top with berries, banana slices, and nuts.

Sprinkle with seeds and a dash of cinnamon if using.

Drizzle with honey or maple syrup to taste. Serve immediately.
