On days when the heat is high and energy is low, this is my go-to drink. It’s light, hydrating, and gives me that “vacation in a glass” feeling — without a blender, sugar crash, or cleanup.

I started making this after a long summer walk one morning — just coconut water, a splash of citrus, and a little fresh fruit. It's now a fridge staple I reach for all season long.

 

Coconut Water Cooler Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups coconut water (unsweetened)

  • Juice of ½ a lime or lemon

  • ¼ cup cucumber slices or fresh berries (optional but lovely!)

  • A few fresh mint leaves

  • Ice cubes

  • Extra fruit or mint for garnish

 

Instructions:

  1. Mix it all together: In a large jar or pitcher, combine coconut water, citrus juice, fruit or cucumber, and mint.

  2. Chill & infuse: Let it sit for 5–10 minutes (or longer in the fridge) so the flavors infuse.

  3. Serve over ice: Pour into glasses filled with ice and garnish if desired.

  • Post-workout twist: Add a pinch of sea salt for natural electrolytes.

  • Make it fizzy: Top it with a little sparkling water for a bubbly version.

  • Flavor swap: Use watermelon, pineapple, or orange slices for fun tropical variations!
