Citrus Cucumber Cooler Recipe (Ready in 5 Minutes!)

This drink is my secret weapon for those hot, sluggish afternoons when water just isn’t cutting it. I threw it together once with cucumber slices, some leftover citrus, and a few sprigs of mint — and wow. It instantly felt like spa day in a glass. Now I make a batch every week in the summer, and even the kids ask for “fancy cucumber water.”

Ingredients:

  • ½ cucumber, thinly sliced

  • Juice of 1 lemon

  • Juice of 1 lime

  • 1–2 tsp honey or agave (optional)

  • 1½ cups cold sparkling water or still water

  • Ice cubes

  • Fresh mint and citrus slices for garnish

 

Instructions:

  1. In a glass or pitcher, muddle a few cucumber slices and mint with lemon and lime juice.

  2. Stir in honey or agave if using.

  3. Add ice and top with sparkling water.

  4. Garnish with extra cucumber slices and a sprig of mint.
