Citrus Cucumber Cooler Recipe (Ready in 5 Minutes!)

This drink is my secret weapon for those hot, sluggish afternoons when water just isn’t cutting it. I threw it together once with cucumber slices, some leftover citrus, and a few sprigs of mint — and wow. It instantly felt like spa day in a glass. Now I make a batch every week in the summer, and even the kids ask for “fancy cucumber water.”
Ingredients:
-
½ cucumber, thinly sliced
-
Juice of 1 lemon
-
Juice of 1 lime
-
1–2 tsp honey or agave (optional)
-
1½ cups cold sparkling water or still water
-
Ice cubes
-
Fresh mint and citrus slices for garnish
Instructions:
-
In a glass or pitcher, muddle a few cucumber slices and mint with lemon and lime juice.
-
Stir in honey or agave if using.
-
Add ice and top with sparkling water.
-
Garnish with extra cucumber slices and a sprig of mint.
