Brownie Batter Milkshake Recipe

10 minutes 2 servings brownie recipes chocolate recipes easy drinks indulgent snacks kid-friendly milkshake recipe easy no bake desserts

This one started as an experiment on a rainy afternoon. My daughter asked if we could bake brownies, but I didn’t want the mess — so we made a milkshake instead. The result? A creamy, chocolate-loaded dream that tastes just like brownie batter — no oven required! Now it’s a family favorite whenever we want something fun and sweet, fast.

Ingredients:

  • 2 scoops chocolate ice cream

  • ¼ cup milk of choice

  • 2 tbsp chocolate syrup or hot fudge

  • 2 tbsp brownie mix (yes, really!)

  • ½ tsp vanilla extract

  • Whipped cream, mini brownies, or chocolate chips for topping (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Add chocolate ice cream, milk, chocolate syrup, brownie mix, and vanilla to a blender.

  2. Blend until thick and creamy.

  3. Pour into a chilled glass and top with whipped cream and brownie bits if desired.

  4. Grab a spoon and a straw — this one’s thick!
