Brownie Batter Milkshake Recipe

This one started as an experiment on a rainy afternoon. My daughter asked if we could bake brownies, but I didn’t want the mess — so we made a milkshake instead. The result? A creamy, chocolate-loaded dream that tastes just like brownie batter — no oven required! Now it’s a family favorite whenever we want something fun and sweet, fast.
Ingredients:
-
2 scoops chocolate ice cream
-
¼ cup milk of choice
-
2 tbsp chocolate syrup or hot fudge
-
2 tbsp brownie mix (yes, really!)
-
½ tsp vanilla extract
-
Whipped cream, mini brownies, or chocolate chips for topping (optional)
Instructions:
-
Add chocolate ice cream, milk, chocolate syrup, brownie mix, and vanilla to a blender.
-
Blend until thick and creamy.
-
Pour into a chilled glass and top with whipped cream and brownie bits if desired.
-
Grab a spoon and a straw — this one’s thick!
