Blueberry Bliss Milkshake Recipe

Back when I started swapping out processed snacks for more wholesome treats, this blueberry milkshake became one of my feel-good go-tos. It’s naturally sweet, bursting with berry flavor, and takes less than 10 minutes. My youngest calls it “purple ice cream in a cup” — and honestly, it does feel a little magical. We’ve made it dozens of times, and it always hits the spot.
Ingredients:
-
1 cup frozen blueberries
-
½ cup vanilla ice cream or frozen Greek yogurt
-
½ cup milk of choice (I love unsweetened oat milk for this one)
-
½ tsp vanilla extract
-
Optional: 1 tsp honey or maple syrup (if your berries are tart)
-
Ice cubes (optional, for a thicker shake)
-
Whipped cream and fresh blueberries to top (optional)
Instructions:
-
Add blueberries, ice cream, milk, vanilla, and sweetener (if using) to a blender.
-
Blend until smooth and creamy.
-
Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
-
Pour into a tall glass and top with whipped cream and a few fresh berries.
