Berry Mint Splash Recipe

2 servings 5 minutes berry recipes easy drinks low calorie mint beverages sparkling drinks summer sips

I first made this when we had a big bowl of leftover berries and mint from Sunday brunch. I didn’t want to waste them, so I muddled it all together with a splash of sparkling water — and the Berry Mint Splash was born! Now it's my go-to when I want something fresh and pretty, without a lot of effort. It’s great for hot days, guests, or just a little midday boost.

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup mixed berries (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries)

  • 5–6 fresh mint leaves

  • Juice of ½ lemon

  • 1–2 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional)

  • 1½ cups cold sparkling water

  • Ice cubes

  • Garnish: extra berries, mint sprig, lemon slice

Instructions:

  1. In a glass or small pitcher, muddle the berries, mint, lemon juice, and honey.

  2. Fill the glass with ice and top with sparkling water.

  3. Stir gently and garnish with berries and mint.

  4. Sip and enjoy the fizzy, fruity refresh!
