Berry Mint Splash Recipe

I first made this when we had a big bowl of leftover berries and mint from Sunday brunch. I didn’t want to waste them, so I muddled it all together with a splash of sparkling water — and the Berry Mint Splash was born! Now it's my go-to when I want something fresh and pretty, without a lot of effort. It’s great for hot days, guests, or just a little midday boost.
